If you have ordered the wrong item, then please submit a cancellation request for the wrongly ordered item, and place a new order for the correct item.
Please note that it you place a new right after submitting your cancellation request, then you will not be able to combine the item to your current order, until the cancellation request has been processed. In that case you can combine the orders later through the Combine orders page.
