To request cancellation of an item, please navigate to the "Request Cancellation" on your amiami.com My account page, and submit your request. You can request for cancellation of the following types of items:
- Pre-orders that have not been released
- In-stock (or pre-owned) item
Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee the order will be cancelled. Each cancellation request will be evaluated based on specific conditions, and it may either be accepted or rejected.
Cancellations are typically not accepted in the following scenarios:
- Pre-order items after a payment request email has been sent (Pre-order has been released)
- Back-order items
An accepted cancellation does not mean it's without potential consequences. Please be aware that misuse of the "Order Cancellation Request" function or accumulating a significant number of cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
