    Hello,

    I’m wondering if you know of any problems in EMS shipping to Malaysia from Tokyo too, as I also have a shipment that’s been sitting on “Posting/Collection” for a while now? It’s status hasn’t changed to “Arrival at outward office of exchange”, so I am a little worried.

    If you are worried, then please submit a support request so that we can assist with checking your order.

    In general we can see that many packages are stuck in Japan for a few weeks, in waiting for an available flight to your country. So depending on how long you have been waiting, it could be normal for your package to still be listed as “Posting/Collection”.

    The current situation with international shipping services is extremely uncertain which can protracted for a longer term.
    Is there any progress in finding alternative shipping methods?

    Recently we have made an announcement regarding discounted prices of DHL shipping for certain countries and regions. If your country is not included in the list, then there is no announcements available for your country at the moment.

    We have not yet received any announcements regarding other/alternative shipping methods, but this is also being considered, and we will make announcements when there are any changes.

    Hello.
    In the news of the Japan post of dated August 7, it is indicated that Air delivery to Belarus (and not only) will be open from August 7. There are still no changes on your site as of August 7th. Is there an air delivery to Belarus?

    I'm from the UK, can I still order under SAL even though it's suspended if I'm okay with it being delayed? Or can I only order with the currently avaliable options? The item I'm ordering is preowned.

    Customers from Belarus and the other mentioned countries/regions can now use Air shipping again.

    If you currently have any orders on hold for shipment, then your orders should be shipped within a few days.

    Hello Amy Rush,

    Currently Japan Post is not accepting any packages with SAL shipping, so your options are to use any of the available shipping methods, or to wait for SAL to become available again.

    You can still place orders with SAL shipping, but the shipment of your orders will then be placed on hold, and currently it is uncertain when SAL shipping will resume, so we recommend using other shipping methods.

    I'm from the Mexico, I have a question if I already pay for my products to be sent by SAL shipping but the service is suspended for my country, I can change them for another shipping service that is available for my country by paying the difference or I have to pay in full for the change of service, that is the question I have and in advance thank you very much for your answer

    If you have a paid order that you wish to update to a different shipping method, then we are currently only able to assist with refunding the original payment and send you a new payment request for the full amount after your order has been updated.

    If you wish to receive assistance with updating any orders, then please submit a request to our support team, including your order number and the shipping method you wish to update to.

    It is possible to request for refunds/cancellations of your orders.

    -If you have not yet submitted your payment, please use the "Order Cancellation Request" on your My account page to submit your cancellation request. The cancellation request functions should temporarily also work for in-stock items, but if you experience any problems, please contact our support.

    -If you have already submitted your payment, then please contact our support for assistance with the refund/cancellation.

     

    *We can see that DHL shipping is currently available for Chile, but it is the most expensive shipping method for your country.

    I'm Alejandra from Mexico, I have a question about an order that I have, I already paid for it and it`s a SAL shipment, I know that due to COVID19 there are no shipments, my question is whether my order will be respected until the shipment is activated, mainly if one of the products is currently exhausted

    For orders that are on hold for shipment, we will be working on shipping the orders as soon as possible once shipments resume for the country. If you wish to receive any orders earlier, then we can recommend EMS and Air shipping, which is currently available for Mexico.

    There is however no need to worry about items going out of stock, as the stock is reserved for orders that are on hold.

    If you have any questions regarding your orders, or if you wish to upgrade the shipping method for any orders, then please submit a request to our support team, so that we can assist you.

    I know that shipping in Ukraine is temporarily not carried out due to covid-19, but can i still make orders and can those goods remain in the storage until it becomes possible to send to Ukraine?

    Any updates on shipping options to the US?

    I did not received a notice about airmail as an option for my larger order so my only option appears to be DHL.

    DHL does not know how to deliver to my address and has even refused to deliver to my address because it is in a larger apartment complex and they cannot locate my door.

    Sorry, but I don't understand what are you waiting for. More than 5 months since stop shipping, Japan Post won't resume SAL this year, Japan Post won't resume any shipping to Russia/USA this year (anyway upgrade from SAL even to Air Mail is already expensive enough). FedEx (that you also don't use) isn't a variant due to cost and dimensional weight. Please add Surface already. Another big shop did it months ago. From January, 1 custom limit in Russia become 50 euros (from 100) and we will lost money again.

    You guys are a large company, please seek out new shipping rate deals with more companies. Please negotiate lower rates. DHL is jacking up delivery rates during this crisis, playing you like fools and then we foot part of that shipping bill. Everyone that has to use DHL in the US hates them, they don't deliver with care. Other companies have already hit deals to ship internationally with Ontrac, Fedex and UPS, while you guys sit here twiddling your thumbs waiting for the public sector to open up. Sorry to tell you this. but as Libris said, What are you waiting for??? How much of your money is sitting in inventory because of your company's inaction? Forget the bureaucracy faced in JP companies, you have to let whoever is in charge know they are messing up big time.

    Regarding surface mail, we are currently carrying out a trial of Surface mail (Premium) to the United States, and we expect to be able to ship more packages with this shipping method. For other countries, we currently do not have any more announcements.

    I would like to join the above about surface/sea shipping - please, we kindly ask you to enter it for Russia. Orders cannot leave Japan from the end of March, the waiting period is too long. Take a look at the map - Russia is close enough to Japan, you only need to deliver parcels by sea to the border with Russia (Vladivostok), and then orders will move around our country. Of course, this process is not fast, but in any case it is faster than a pointless waiting in the warehouse. There is no reason to believe that air delivery to Russia will resume soon. Please listen to your customers and their requests. Please do not remain silent for so long at such a crucial moment.

    Regarding the shipping method "surface/sea mail", we have recently shipped a batch of packages using Surface Mail (Premium) to the United States, and we expect to be able to ship more packages using the same shipping method.

    However, the "Surface Mail (Premium)" shipping method that we are currently using, uses USPS for the final delivery, so this method will not work for any other countries.

    So regarding Russia and other countries around the world, a different option is currently under review. We are sorry to say that we still do not have any announcements available, but we will make an announcement when more details are available.
