Surface mail (premium) is partially tracked.
Surface Mail (Premium) only has tracking after the shipment has reached our AmiAmi USA warehouse.
This means that there is no individual tracking for your order from the time the order is shipped out of our warehouses in Japan, until it reaches the AmiAmi USA warehouse.
Please contact our customer support 2-4 weeks after you processed payment for your order and make sure to include your order number so that we can provide you specifics regarding your shipping date.
