Even if your shipment has been shipped out from our warehouses in Japan, orders may not be moved to the shipped section of your order history until after the shipment reaches the AmiAmi USA warehouse and is handed to either USPS or UPS.
Please contact our customer support 2-4 weeks after you processed payment for your order and make sure to include your order number so that we can provide you specifics regarding your shipping date.
