【IMPORTANT】 Regarding the PCC number required when sending economy air (ECMS) to Korea

If you're shipping goods to South Korea (Korea, Republic of) via Economy Air (ECMS), please refer to the information below.

When purchasing overseas goods directly from Korea, a Personal Customs Code (PCC) is required for customs clearance.

【Customers without a PCC number】

If you have not yet obtained a PCC number, please go to the Korea Customs website to apply for one in advance.

How to apply for a PCC number:

1. Access the Korean Customs website
   https://unipass.customs.go.kr/csp/persIndex.do
2. Proceed with the identity verification process
3. Enter the personal information requested on the PCC issuance application screen and complete the identity verification.
4. Receive PCC number

Once your PCC number has been issued, please proceed reading information below.

After the goods are shipped, instructions for PCC registration will be sent to the phone number, KakaoTalk, or email you provided.

Please complete the registration process according to the instructions you receive.

※ PCC number registration procedure guide will be sent through LOTTE Global Logistics .
※ The information linked to the PCC number must match the recipient's information at the time of sending.
※ Customers who are not Korean citizens can use their passport instead.
