[Page guide] Combine orders

Note: Beta release May 20th - June 3rd

If you have more than 1 order from a certain month and you wish to combine the orders, then you can do that on this page. Please note however that orders from different months cannot be combined. The "month" in this case is referring to the release month for pre-order items, and the month when the order was placed for in-stock items.

First, you need to select the month for the orders that you wish to combine.

Next, select all the orders that you wish to combine. Sometimes you will see that one of the orders already has its checkbox filled in when opening the page, this is usually the case when you have a "monthly order" on your account for the selected month. For orders that are marked as "Processing...", it means that the order is awaiting to be checked by our staff and therefore cannot be combined at the moment. This is usually the case after submitting a cancellation request, so please wait for us to process the request before combining these kind of orders.
