The following items can be cancelled through your "My Account Page" under "Order Cancellation Request":
- Pre-orders that have not been released
- In-stock (or pre-owned) item
Cancellations are not accepted in the following cases:
- Pre-order items after a payment request email has been sent (Pre-order has been released)
- Back-order items
