Cancellations can be done from your My Account page.
Cancellations are accepted in the following cases:
- If you have placed an order for a pre-order item, then the item can be canceled up until the release date of the item
- If you have placed an order for an in-stock (or pre-owned) item, then the item can be canceled up until the payment deadline
Cancellations are not accepted in the following cases:
- Pre-order items after the order has been invoiced
- Back-order items
If you wish to cancel an order or only some items from an order, then please access the cancellation page through "Order Cancellation Request" from your My Account page.
On this page you will see a list of the current orders on your account. *Orders that are not eligible to be modified, paid orders and orders with certain shipping restrictions, will not show up in the list.
Please click on the row for the order you wish to submit a cancellation request, and then the available cancel options will appear.
TIP: If you click on the order number, you will be taken to the details page for that order.
After you have selected the order and specified the items you wish to cancel, you need to provide a reason for the cancellation, and then press the Submit button to send your cancellation request. *It is not possible to make any changes or undo cancellation requests after submitted.
After you have submitted a request, you will receive an email notification within 1 business day, stating if your cancellation was successful or not. *Notifications may be delayed on weekends and Japanese holidays.
Please keep in mind that pre-order items can not be canceled after your order has been invoiced, so if you need to cancel any pre-order items, then make sure to submit your cancellation request as early as possible.
If the order is not eligible for cancellation, or if you wish to cancel an order that can not be modified from your My Account page, then please contact our support for further assistance. Also if you wish to reduce the quantity of an item, then it will not be possible to submit your request through the cancellation page, so please contact our support instead.
Please keep in mind that repeated cancellations of orders that are not eligible for cancellation, or cancellations due to non-payment, may result in account restrictions, or closure of accounts in extreme cases.
