【For Unpaid Orders】
Please correct the error through the "Modify Existing Orders" section on your My Account page for all relevant orders.
Please make sure that you have received a confirmation email of the changes.
Note: Updating your shipping address on "Address Book" or "Modify Customer Information" would not update your shipping address for existing orders. These changes only affect new orders that are placed after the change is made.
【For Paid Orders】
Contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and your correct full address so that we can try to update it, if possible. Please note that we would be unable to fix your address if your package has already been processed for shipping or has already shipped.
If your order has been shipped, please contact your local postal offices after your package reaches your country so that you can arrange your package to be forwarded to the correct address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that all shipping fees related to a returned order require payment by the customer.
