However, it is possible to arrange delivery to your hotel during your visit. Here's how to arrange it:

Log into your account on our website and navigate to the "Modify Existing Orders" section. Here, you'll need to update your shipping address.
- Input your shipping address using the following format:
- Line 1: Street number and street name (e.g., 1-50-89 Amico)
- Line 2: Hotel name, your room number and/or check-in date (e.g., AmiAmi Hotel, Room 589 or AmiAmi Hotel, Check-in Date: June 30th). Note: it's crucial to include your hotel name with the room number (if known) and your check-in date to prevent shipment delays.

Remember, the address must be romanized (written using the English alphabet).

- Inform the hotel you'll be receiving a package at their address.
- This service is only available for in-stock items. Some items may not be eligible for shipment within Japan due to restrictions. Such items will be clearly marked on our website, beneath the "Add to Cart" button.
- Domestic shipping within Japan carries a flat rate fee of 630 JPY. Delivery typically takes 3-4 days, so plan your orders accordingly.
- To ensure your package arrives during your stay, we recommend you contact us to arrange a specific shipment date before making your payment. Ideally, this should be done before your arrival in Japan to prevent any potential delivery issues.
