Quick summary
- United States (mainland only: 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii): Shipping has resumed with ECMS (Air) and Surface Mail Premium (Economy/Surface). Both have No payment at delivery. The shipping price includes additional handling for import processing so nothing is collected when your parcel arrives.

- Other methods (e.g., DHL Express, Japan Post) are not currently offered for US shipments. We will continue to evaluate options.
- In general, some shipping methods include handling so nothing is requested at delivery (“No payment at delivery”), while others require you to pay import charges to the carrier when the parcel arrives (“Pay on delivery”).
What “No payment at delivery” means
- You will not be asked by the carrier to pay import charges at the time of delivery in destinations where this applies.
- The shipping price includes an import‑processing handling component, and we arrange the necessary procedures with our logistics partners.
- This does not refer to GST/VAT collected at checkout for some countries (see “About GST/VAT” below).
What “Pay on delivery” means
- The carrier (for example, DHL) or local customs will contact you to collect any required import charges when the parcel arrives.
- Delivery may be delayed until payment is completed. Additional carrier handling/brokerage fees may apply in some countries.

FAQs
- Will I pay twice if I choose a method with “No payment at delivery”?
- No. The shipping price already includes the import‑processing handling component (where applicable), and nothing is collected at delivery.
- Why is the shipping price higher for some methods/destinations?
- For certain destinations, the price includes an import‑processing handling component so the carrier will not ask you to pay at delivery.
- Can you ship to Guam or Puerto Rico?
- Not at this time. If available in the future, we will update this page. You may change your shipping address to a mainland US address or another country if possible.
- If a method requires “Pay on delivery,” how will I pay?
- The carrier/customs will contact you (email/SMS/phone) with the amount and payment instructions. Please ensure your contact details are correct. Delivery may wait until payment is completed. Note: Pay‑on‑delivery methods are not currently offered for US shipments.
- Can you mark my order as a gift or lower the value to reduce charges?
- No. We must declare correct item descriptions, values, and country of origin to comply with customs laws.
- Does this change GST/VAT handling for my country?
- No. GST/VAT for LVG destinations such as Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand is charged at checkout as before and is separate from the above.
- Why do some customers never pay anything on delivery?
- Some destinations do not charge for certain goods or values. Our wording indicates whether the carrier will collect at delivery, not whether your country will assess charges in every case.
Tips to avoid delays
- Choose a method that matches how you prefer to pay: “No payment at delivery” if you do not want to pay at the door; “Pay on delivery” where available if you prefer carrier collection.
- Make sure your email and phone number are correct so the carrier can contact you if needed.
- Provide any required tax ID (PCCC/CUIT/CPF‑CNPJ) for destinations that require it.
