Quick summary
- We are not canceling US-bound orders unless you request it. All US-bound orders are placed on hold.

- Cancellation requests handled by Customer Support during this period will not affect your account standing.
- Preorders to US addresses are still accepted. New orders for in-stock and pre-owned items to US addresses are temporarily unavailable.
How to cancel your order
- Please contact Customer Support and include your order number(s): https://support.amiami.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
- Unpaid/not invoiced (including preorders): We can cancel per your request.
- Invoiced but unpaid: Please do not pay. We can cancel per your request.
- Paid but not yet shipped: We can refund and cancel on request. Note: Payment processor fees and exchange-rate differences (if any) cannot be covered by our store.
Why the Request Cancellation button may not work
- The website’s Request Cancellation function is automated and may deny cancellations for invoiced orders or orders containing readily available items. Please contact Customer Support and we will assist you.

What happens if you do nothing
- We will not cancel your order automatically. Your items remain on hold in our warehouse.
- If you received a payment request, you do not need to pay now. We will send a new payment request with a new deadline when shipping becomes available.
