Since you refunded my fully paid pre-order with EMS shipping and in week deadline now forcing me to pay for that «Surface Parcel» new option I have 2 questions:

    1. Is it possible to hold my order until EMS will be available again?
    2. Does «Surface Parcel» contains any form of insurance for the lost/damage? I have not a single bit of faith in this method (espesially when it be in Russia).

Up to ¥20 000 insurance as I remember. I already received 2 orders via Surface Parcel (Russia) in 40 days. It's slow but there are no problems with it. It's better than wait for another 8 months.

    Hello Georgiy Mozzhukhin,

    1. It is still unknown when EMS shipments to Russia will resume, if you wish for our store to hold on to your package for a little longer, then please contact our shop support for further assistance.

    2. Yes, Surface Parcel is insured. The insurance varies by the weight of the package, starting at 11160 JPY for packages below 5kg, and increasing for each 5kg. For more details, please refer to the insurance chart by Japan Post (link).

How can I edit the shipping method for my 5 orders? I paid several months ago! Your customer service doesn't answer to my e-mails!

    Hi Amiami,

    Happy new year!

Similar to Georgiy, I've had some of my orders suddenly refunded. I've sent emails last year to support requesting if my orders could be held unitl SAL becomes available but I haven't received a response and continue to have my orders refunded.

Could you please look into this to see i f my request is possible?

    Thanks,
    Kyong

    Hi,

I emailed your inquiry inbox 7 days ago and still have not yet received a response (the payment for my order is due tonight basically)...

I have a question about shipping address, in relation to Surface Parcel to Australia.

I understand Surface Parcel's "average shipping times around 1-3 months". This may create a problem for me, as I will be likely moving to a new address in the next 2 months or so. However, as of today I do not know where I will be moving to/what my new address will be.

    Therefore, my questions are:
    1. Can I change the shipping address, after I have paid and the order is shipped?
    2. Or, will you be able to hold the order for me, and ship it out when I know what my new address will be (maybe in late February/early March)?
    3. Any other suggestions/advice?

    Thank you.

    Hi Jacky,

I'm not Amiami, but you could look at getting a PO box from AUS post to have your order sent to. I believe it's free to sign up and can probably be done online (given it's straya day atm).

Might be the best solution as it seems Amiami is flat out with enquiries given the global crisis.

Update for folks following this thread - I picked up one of my orders today (March 9, 2021). It arrived safe and undamaged.
It was shipped from Japan on December 15, 2020 to Russia using "Surface Parcel" method.

Quick update on my experience regarding "Surface Parcel":

    - Parcel has been received in Australia today (23/3/2021). Items are in excellent condition, and arrived in a good time (it took a little bit more than 1.5 month altogether, earlier than my expectation of 3 months).

    - Payment was made around 26/1/2021, and was shipped shortly on 1/2/2021.

    Thanks.

Can I get a confirmation on Surface Parcel being available to Perú?

Shipping rates would be helpful too.

    Hello Samuel Kontio,

Surface Parcel is currently available for your country (Finland).

Shipping methods may be changed if either, the merchandise (when packed for shipping) exceed the size/weight limitations for the selected shipping method, or if there are any restrictions to the shipping method where one or more of the items in the order can not be shipped by the selected shipping method.

If you wish to confirm which is the case for your order, please contact our customer support and provide your order number.
