Items of an order can be split into separate orders or moved to a different order placed under the same account.
Splitting can be done by contacting us through the "Contact Us" form or by replying to an email sent by us.
Please send us the order ID number and clear instructions on how you want it to be arranged.

In some cases, large orders that are ineligible for Small Packet may be shipped more economically by splitting the order into separate smaller shipments. However, please note that there are some situations where we may not be able to split shipments. We kindly ask and recommend customers to arrange their items the way they would like them to be shipped when placing their orders.
After any modification, orders require processing by AmiAmi. Please note that processing may take some time to be completed and customers cannot proceed to payment during it. For this reason, modifying orders very close to the deadline is not recommended.
Orders that have been paid, shipped or are being processed for shipping cannot be modified.
