In order to obtain a shipping estimate, please submit a ticket including the following information in text form:
- The shop codes of the items you wish to purchase
- The quantity of each item
- Country you wish to have the estimate for
Where can I find an item's shop code?
**Please note that we are unable to provide shipping estimates for pre-order items because we do not have the measurements/weight of the items prior to its release date.
If you would like to have a rough shipping estimate, please send us the shop code for a comparable item that has already been released.
