Dear Customers,
Due to updated regulations from Japan Post and Argentine customs authorities, all international shipments containing goods sent to Argentina must now include the recipient's CUIT (Clave Única de Identificación Tributaria) tax number for customs clearance.
Effective immediately, we are only able to process and ship orders to Argentina if a valid CUIT is provided at the time of ordering.
What You Need to Do
- Please enter your CUIT in the “Tax/VAT Number” field during checkout, or ensure it is saved in your account information before placing an order.
- Orders to Argentina cannot be shipped without a CUIT tax number.
Why Is This Necessary?
Argentine customs uses the CUIT number to process and deliver imported parcels. Providing your CUIT ensures your order can be shipped and delivered without delays or complications.
Please note:
- CUIT is an 11-digit number unique to Argentine taxpayers.
- If you are unsure of your CUIT or how to obtain it, please refer to the official AFIP website or contact your local authorities.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Ensuring a smooth delivery experience is important to us, and we appreciate your help in meeting these new requirements.
