If you own any of the above items, some shipped units may experience discoloration/staining of bare skin parts (excluding head parts) over time due to a defect in the paint finish. The manufacturer is providing support for replacement parts.
Requesting Replacement Parts (Directly with Good Smile Company)
If you would like to request for newly manufactured replacement parts, please contact Good Smile Company Customer Support via the dedicated inquiry form here
(You will be asked to provide details and photos of the affected area if you are experiencing the defect.)
Important Deadlines:
- If you do not see symptoms right now: You can still request replacement parts just in case up to August 30th, 2025. After this date, normal requests "just in case" are no longer accepted.
- If your product does have the defect: After August 30th, 2025, you may still request support (replacement parts) up to July 2026.
- After July 2026: Requests can be accepted only while stocks of replacement parts last.

Manufacturers are handling replacement part requests, but return for refunds, for purchases from our store are handled by our staff as usual.
