Due to the Christmas and end of the year holidays often being a busy period, we would like to offer some advice in regards to placing orders at this time of the year.

Regarding shipment

To ensure that your packages arrive as fast as possible, we recommend using EMS or DHL shipping, as these are priority shipping methods which will have less delays compared to our other shipping methods.

If however you do wish to use SAL or Air shipping, we strongly recommend placing your orders as soon as possible, and please understand that shipping times may be longer than usual.

Regarding pre-order/back-order items

If you are specifically shopping for Christmas gifts that you need to receive as soon as possible, we would also recommend to avoid purchasing pre-order and back-order items. The release dates for these items can often be a bit uncertain, so there is no guarantee that the items will arrive to our warehouse before a certain date.
