Accepted Payment Methods

AmiAmi accepts payments by the 5 methods listed below.

1. PayPal (credit card, instant transfer, eCheck)

*eChecks cannot be sent through our website. Please contact us when using this method.

*Cannot be selected for orders containing age restricted products.

2. Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club)

*Payment via debit card is not recommended.

*Credit card cannot be selected for orders to Vietnam, Peru or Ukraine.

3. Cash on Delivery

*It can be used only for orders delivered within Japan, with the exception of hotel addresses.

4. Alipay *Suspended

5. UnionPay

We do not accept payments by other methods such as pre-paid cards.

Due to a rise in fraudulent credit card payments worldwide, we may be required to ask customers to pay via PayPal in some instances. We may also ask new customers to send their first payment via PayPal due to safety reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding on this matter.

Your order's payment method can be updated through the "Modify Existing Orders" section in your My Account page.

Payment Currency
Our store can only accept payments in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payments sent in any other currencies will be refunded
