Quick summary
- Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, Japan Post has temporarily suspended shipments to some affected destinations.
- Japan Post has also announced delays to all countries in Europe and Africa, but has not yet published a complete official list of destinations in those regions affected by the temporary suspension.
- Customers in affected regions may request cancellations during this period without penalty to their account standing.
- If your order has not yet been invoiced, you should usually be able to cancel it using the Request Cancellation function on our website.

How orders are being handled
- In affected regions, we are currently invoicing orders only if both of the following apply:
- DHL shipping is available to your destination, and
- DHL was selected as the shipping method for the order.
- If DHL is available to your country but you selected another shipping method, your order will be placed on hold for the time being.
- If there are no available shipping methods to your destination, your order will also be placed on hold.
- Orders on hold will not be invoiced until shipping becomes available again.
How to cancel your order
- Not yet invoiced: Please use the Request Cancellation function on our website.
- Already invoiced and awaiting payment: If the website does not allow cancellation, please contact Customer Support and include your order number(s): https://support.amiami.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Important
- If your order is invoiced because DHL is available and DHL was selected, it is still being processed normally.
- If you do not wish to keep an invoiced order, please request cancellation before the payment deadline.
- Unpaid or ignored invoiced orders will be canceled when the payment deadline expires and will be subject to the normal account penalties.
If you do not want to cancel
- If your order is on hold, you may simply wait until shipping becomes available again.
- We will invoice the order when shipment is possible for your selected shipping method.
