City/Township made mandatory

Due to changes in the requirements by Japan Post, City/Township information in the shipping address will become mandatory.

*Note: City/Township has always been mandatory for DHL.

Starting from February 28th 2022, you will no longer be able to register addresses with the City/Township field left blank.

For customers that have already provided City/Township information on their accounts, no further action will be needed.

For customers that are currently not providing this information, for a smooth transition, we urge you to update the information on your account as soon as possible.

Important: Starting from May 30th 2022 you will no longer be able to use addresses that are missing City/Township information.
