Temporary Additional DHL Shipping Fees - 2024 holiday season

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of a change in DHL shipping rates due to increased demand during the holiday season. From September 15th to January 31st, DHL will implement an additional fee as part of their shipping costs. This fee has been introduced to ensure efficient and reliable service during peak times.

Additional Fees by Region:

• Asia and Oceania: 50 JPY per kg*
• Europe: 190 JPY per kg*
• America: 240 JPY per kg*
• Middle East and North Africa: 140 JPY per kg*
• All Other Areas: 140 JPY per kg*

*Volumetric weight

Please note that these additional fees are already included in the updated shipping costs and will not appear separately on your invoice or checkout summary. Rest assured that the shipping rates will return to normal after January 31st.
