If you find an answer to your question in the suggested articles, please feel free to mark your question as answered, and the answer bot will automatically close the ticket. If however you still need assistance from our staff, please leave the ticket, without closing it and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you accidentally close a ticket, then we recommend you to create a new request, so that we can assist you.
