According to the announcement made by Japan Post on April 23rd on their news page, Japan Post is stopping all international shipments to the United States.

Packages currently in transit

• If your package has arrived in United States, please contact USPS for more details on when your package is scheduled to arrive.
• If your package has not left Japan, if the latest tracking updates shows up as "Posting/Collection" or "Returned to sender", then the package is likely to be returned to our warehouse.
