Dear Valued Customers,
We want to bring to your attention important changes mandated by Japan Post for orders being delivered to China, France, and Peru. Please review this information to ensure your parcels are processed smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
Key Points from Japan Post's Announcement:
To comply with new shipping regulations, it is crucial that customers include the recipient's phone number and/or email addresses on shipping addresses (please see below for specific requirements by country). This information will be printed on the shipping label and may be used by the local postal services or customs authorities to contact the recipient if needed.

Specific Requirements for Each Country:
- China: All postal items must now include the recipient's mobile phone number.
- France (EMS Shipments): It is mandatory to list the recipient's phone number, email address, or preferably both, on EMS (Express Mail Service) parcels sent to France.
- Peru (Standard and Parcel Post): EMS, postal items (air small packet?) and air/surface parcels sent to Peru should include both the recipient's phone number and email address if possible.
Updates Regarding Email Address Information:
Currently, our system is not set up to include email addresses on the shipping labels for the countries mentioned above. However, we are actively working on developing a solution that will allow us to input the recipient's email address for shipments to France and Peru. As of now, these updates will be limited only to the countries mentioned above, and we have not been informed of any immediate plans to extend this requirement to other countries.
We understand the urgency required to make these changes in our system and are making every effort to implement them as soon as possible. We unfortunately do not have a definite timeframe for this update. However, we will notify customers of countries mentioned above with a follow-up announcement once the date for these updates has been determined.
We deeply appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we navigate these new requirements from Japan Post. If you have any questions regarding these updates or how they may impact your shipments, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by submitting an inquiry using the link below.
