There are 3 common reasons for why an order may not show up on your my account page.
1. The order was recently updated
Please check again a little later, or contact our support if the order still does not show up on your account within 24 hours.
2. The order has been locked for changes
The order will not show up on pages for modify orders (Modify existing orders, Combine orders, Cancellation request), but the order will show up in your order history and the orders awaiting payment page. If you need to modify the order, please contact our support.
3. The order has been canceled
This can happen if you do not submit your payments before the payment deadline, or if you have submitted an order with an ineligible shipping address. We will notify customers regarding ineligible shipping addresses, so please check our email notifications.
If your order does not show up in your order history, and your order has not been canceled, then please contact our support for assistance with confirming the status of your order.
