You may submit a request to cancel your order from the "Request Cancellation" page accessible from your My Account page. Keep in mind this is a request and may not always be accepted.
You can submit a cancellation request in the following situations:
- Pre-order items may be requested for cancellation up until their release date
- For in-stock or pre-owned items, cancellation requests can be made up until the payment deadline
Please note that this does not include:
- Pre-order items after the order has been invoiced
- Back-order items
To submit a cancellation request, navigate to the "Request Cancellation" on your My Account page. There, you'll see a list of current orders that can be requested for cancellation. If an order does not appear, it may not be eligible for modification or has shipping restrictions.
Click on the row for the order you wish to submit a cancellation request for. Then, specify the items you wish to cancel, provide a reason for cancellation, and press the Submit button. Please note that it's impossible to alter or undo a cancellation request once submitted.
Within one business day of your request, you should receive an email notification stating whether your cancellation request was successful. Notifications may be delayed on weekends and Japanese holidays.
Keep in mind that misuse of the "Request Cancellation" function or excessive cancellations may lead to restrictions on your account.
