Unfortunately it is not possible to change items in orders.
If the item you wish to change is eligible for cancellation, then please submit a cancellation request for the item and place a new order for the other item you wish to purchase.
Items that are eligible for cancellation:
- Pre-order items before release date
- In-stock items *items that were in-stock when you placed your order
Items that are not eligible for cancellation:
- Already invoiced pre-order items
- Back-order items
